Domestic shipping within the United States only. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our store in Coopersville, MI or directly from our partner's Utah or California-based warehouses for "online only" items.

Tracking information is sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout when the order ships.

Your happiness is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days for store credit.

We gladly accept returns for store credit (digital gift card) for eligible items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered with all original tags attached within 14 days. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased. Shipping will not be refunded. Your store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving your eligible return.

For in-store purchases, we accept returns in-store within 14 days.

For online purchases, returns must be postmarked or returned in-store within 14 days of delivery date (as noted in the shipment tracking). No refunds, store credit only.

Start a Return

If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfumes, deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please return shoes packaged in an additional box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. Do not tape on the original shoe box. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for any box damage.

Bathing suits must have all tags and hygienic stickers in place and intact.

All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not adhere to our return policy.

For In-Store Purchases:
Purchases made in-store can be returned in-store. If you are not local, you can use the online return portal above.


Original shipping charges associated with your order will not be refunded and will not be included in any store credit you are issued.

Customer is responsible for any and all return postage fees. If you'd like to use our return label, return shipping will be deducted from your total store credit refund amount. Or you can purchase your own return postage from the carrier of your choice.


Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to hold items or offer exchanges. However, you can return your original order within 14 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase for store credit that you can use towards purchasing the correct size/style (or any other product in our store) if it's still available once the return process is complete and your store credit is issued.


Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as un-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.
